RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
REFUNDS POLICY
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return.
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are available only for products that are damaged upon receipt.
You must provide a complete, unedited, and uninterrupted video of the unboxing process showing every product in the order.
Unboxing Requirements:
Provide a complete, unedited, and uninterrupted video from opening the seal of the package until the end.The video must include the package, name, address sheet, and bill (if present).
Show all the products included in the order in the video.
Check each product for any issues during the video. We will only accept claims for damages that are shown in the video.
Claims without a video or with incomplete videos will not be accepted.
Reporting Timeframes:
Report any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order.No refund will be processed if the issue is not reported within this timeframe. We are not responsible for issues reported after 24 hours.
Handling Mismatched or Incorrect Items:
No Refund for Mismatched Items: If you receive a mismatched item, you may keep it. We will immediately send you the correct item at no additional cost.
Refunds for Damaged Items:
Refunds will be processed only for products that are damaged upon receipt. Please follow the unboxing video requirements for a successful claim.
Refund Amount:
Refunds will be processed for the cost of the damaged product(s) only.Shipping charges will be refunded only if the entire order contains only one product and that product is damaged. For orders with multiple items, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Both the product cost and applicable shipping charges will be refunded together after reviewing the unboxing video.
Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed after we review and approve your claim. This may take up to 7-14 business days.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Refunds will not be provided if the claim does not meet the unboxing video requirements or if the product was not damaged.
Size discrepancies will not be a reason for refund. Please ensure to check sizes before placing your order.
Orders once placed cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
No refunds or cancellations will be initiated while the order is still in transit.
No refunds or cancellations will be initiated due to delays in delivery as we have no control over courier services.
No exchange or refund will be provided if the product has already been used by the customer.
Rejected Prepaid Orders:
If the customer rejects a prepaid order at the time of delivery, no refund will be provided.
Lost Items Due to Incorrect Address:
If the package is lost or misplaced due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the address lacks a valid phone number, we are not responsible, and no refund will be initiated. Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate address, including a valid phone number, to avoid any issues with delivery.
Returned Items Due to Incorrect Address:
If a package is returned to us due to a customer’s fault (wrong or incomplete address), only 50% of the amount will be refunded within 15-20 days.
